Tangerine, Pineapple, Peach, Grapefruit and Cedar.
Hops: Citra, Eukanot and Cryopop.
Yakima Chief hops have created this blend of hops (Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7, Eukanot and Cascade).
This beer uses the technique of adding dry hops during active fermentation to achieve bio transformation. This is the interaction of yeast and hops to produce new exciting flavours which weren't present in the original ingredients.
Food pairing: It is to Mexico we turn our food pairing with this fresh beer. Perhaps an Enchilada stuffed with chicken, cheese and beans then covered with a chilli sauce, with the fruitiness of the beer enlivening the palate and the carbonation cutting through the richness
